Completion Rates

This measures the percentage of users that manage to complete a digital transaction once they have started it.

Rates may vary depending on the type and complexity of the transaction, but a low completion rate may indicate that the process could be made easier for users.

The following Power BI report shows the completion rates for all of our customer facing digital transactions since we started measuring them in April 2019
