• avoid the use of ‘Title’ where possible, if it’s not needed for a specific reason it’s not worth asking. It also means that we do not have to contend with lists of ‘extra’ ones to the ‘usual’.
• ‘You can fill out the form online’ – you are already online, this just adds unnecessary wording
• do not repeat the content type in the summary - for example, do not say ‘this consultation is about…’ or ‘a form to…’.
