The change process
Understand how you are going to manage the change process, there are HR documents, which can also help you through this.
- Does there need to be a staff consultation?
- Ensure there is member engagement.
- What communications need to go out to the public?
- Performance measures must be agreed within the contract prior to both parties signing.
- Consider what monitoring tools will be required to measure performance or compare it with other contracts. There is the Contract Management Guidance which has sample templates to help with this.
- How are you going to ensure your outcome is being delivered?
