Measuring performance

  • Performance measures must be agreed within the contract prior to both parties signing.
  • Consider what monitoring tools will be required to measure performance or compare it with other contracts. There is the Contract Management Guidance which has sample templates to help with this.
  • How are you going to ensure your outcome is being delivered?
